Rock Energy International Corporation, a proud member of the VelcoAsia Group, has been a trusted leader in energy and port handling services since 1997. Our journey began with a single barge load of Indonesian coal, delivering to local cement plants. Over the years, we have expanded our operations to manage over 800,000 metric tons of coal, serving industries across the Philippines, including cement plants and a power station in Cebu.
